These terms govern use of Easy Shoppy, a SaaS e-commerce product of Eduzere Technologies, in the name of Jiss Anto (PAN: BETPJ4306N).
Who we are
Easy Shoppy is owned and operated by Eduzere Technologies, in the name of Jiss Anto (PAN: BETPJ4306N) (“Eduzere”, “we”, “us”), a software business based at Unit 2D, 2nd Floor, Sahya Building, KSITIL SEZ, Govt. Cyberpark, Nellikode P.O., Kozhikode, Kerala 673016, India.
By sending an inquiry, paying a subscription, or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
The service
Easy Shoppy is a hosted yearly SaaS platform that provides an online storefront, admin tools, SMS/email OTP, notifications, and payment-gateway integrations. Native Android or iOS apps are optional and quoted separately.
We provide the software and hosting for the store. You remain responsible for your products, pricing, GST, customer orders, and content.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate business details and keep login credentials secure. You may not use Easy Shoppy for unlawful goods, fraud, malware, or content that infringes others’ rights.
We may suspend a store that violates these terms, applicable Indian law, or payment-partner rules.
Fees
Plan fees are charged yearly as listed on the website, including any time-bound offers such as the Onam discount. Optional add-ons (including native apps) are billed separately after you approve a quote.
Third-party SMS, email, or payment gateway usage beyond the included allocation, if any, may be charged at actuals and will be disclosed before it applies.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where practical.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Eduzere Technologies is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of Easy Shoppy. Our aggregate liability for a subscription year is limited to the fees you paid for that year.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.
