Refund and cancellation policy

Nature of the product

Easy Shoppy is a digital software subscription, not a physical good. Access is provisioned after we confirm your inquiry and payment.

Before the store goes live

If you cancel in writing (email info@teqrix.com) before we activate your storefront, we will refund the plan fee in full, excluding payment-gateway charges that cannot be recovered.

After activation

Once the store is activated and login credentials are issued, yearly fees are non-refundable, except where Indian consumer law requires otherwise or where we are unable to deliver the subscribed features for reasons solely on our side.

Optional Android/iOS work billed as a custom add-on follows the quote: work already delivered is chargeable; unused scoped work may be adjusted at our discretion.

Cancellations and renewals

You may choose not to renew. Send cancellation at least 7 days before the next billing date. The store remains available until the paid term ends.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, subject to the payment partner’s timelines.
