Data we collect

When you inquire or subscribe, we collect name, business name, email, phone, city, plan interest, and message content. Store operations may process customer names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, and order data that you or your shoppers submit.

Technical logs (IP address, browser type, and basic usage) may be stored to secure and improve the service.

Why we use it

We use this data to respond to inquiries, provision stores, send OTPs and order alerts, process payments through gateways such as Reservize, provide support, and meet legal or tax obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

Processors

Infrastructure and messaging may involve Appwrite, SMS gateways, Resend or similar email APIs, and payment partners. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Retention and security

Inquiry records and account data are kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, accounting, and legal requirements. We use access controls, encrypted transport, and hosting practices appropriate for a SaaS product.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, by emailing info@teqrix.com. Some records may be retained where Indian law requires it.
